Hoffman Tips - Pump Up With Music

In an attempt to assuage the pain (or pleasure) of working out, many people turn to their iPods. Not everyone enjoys working out but it’s difficult to find a person who does not become inspired when listening to music.

Researchers have proved the right music can make you exercise harder and burn calories faster. By focusing on your music instead of your body, the strain of working out is fizzled by longer and harder work out sessions.

Studies have shown that listening to music during exercise can improve results whether it be cardio or strength training. In general, upbeat music with a strong beat and rhythm enhance cardiovascular exercises like running, cycling, brisk walking, spinning, or stair climbing.

Whether you’re a couch p
otato or a health devotee, music can be the key to keeping yourself in shape.
