There seems to be a shift in American vacation travel habits and it has to do with where you’re staying.

More and more travelers are renting private apartments and homes in place of hotels. These cost-conscious travelers are looking to save some extra cash and internet real estate brokers are tapping into this industry.

Some of these websites include HomeAway.com,  RentaLo.com, iStopOver.com, and EVRentals.com. The newest website to join that list is VacationHomeRentals.com. This newly popular search engine serves the same purpose: seek an alternative to hotel accommodations across the globe.
